With the exception of one or two excercises, they require a foam roller. Not necessarily a big investment, but it is a hurdle to either buy 8-16 foam rollers, or require the players to bring one of their own since some of the players are not neccessarily well off.

So examples of excercises for foot/ankle/hip that doesnt require a foam roller, similar to the Thoracic excercises, would be good!
