How do you decide what exercises to pair together for your supersets? Would you want to pair a Lat exercise with a Glute complex? Or do you want to stay in the same muscle activation area like doing two lat exercises in one superset and then two glutes in the next one? Would you recommend focusing on all areas each day or breaking each workout down into a lat day, abdominal wall day, etc.?
